Executive Coaching

Make the Right Choices
Choices – You’ve made lots of big ones and tons of little ones every day. And they make all the difference. How have all those choices turned out? How satisfied are you with your choices in the categories of your life that mean the most to you? You’ve accomplished much in your life so far, partly because you had the vision to choose the right paths. But where does the path ahead lead? What are the essential choices to make going forward? You want your life to count for something that matters to you.

Does this quote resonate with you?

“This is the true joy in life: being used for a purpose recognized by yourself as a mighty one, being thoroughly worn out before you are thrown on the scrap heap, being a force of nature instead of a feverish, selfish, little clod of ailments and grievances complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you happy.” – George Bernard Shaw

If so, I might be the right person to walk with you into the next season of your life, a season of peak performance in the areas that matter most to you. As the saying goes, you cannot know yourself by yourself. We all need mirrors, mentors, guides, and teammates.

At some point, life presents us with unanswered questions.

These are the kinds of questions that rumble around in your soul.

When do I feel the most alive?

Is there a transition I want to make in my life?

What kind of legacy do I want to leave?

What is blocking me from reaching my full potential?

These are the questions that executive coaching helps you answer.

Counseling and executive coaching are different.

The essential difference is one of emphasis. Counseling emphasizes the healing of past wounds to learn more healthy ways of being in the world emotionally and relationally. Coaching may include those things when necessary, but the emphasis is on exploring your potential and shaping a new vision for your future.

Executive coaching is for you if you have a deep desire to live your most vibrant and effective life.

To live that life, you need to understand your unique, innate design, out of which you will create a path moving forward that activates and enhances your personal and professional life.

Let’s get very honest here.
I am only interested in working with my ideal coaching clients.

Why? Because if you are not my ideal client, then I am not your ideal coach, and you deserve to work with the coach most suited for your growth.

With that in mind, let’s explore whether we are suitable for working together.

Are these statements true of you?

There is a burning desire to maximize your potential in the categories of life that matter to you most.

Taking a hard look at deeply held beliefs that may hold you back does not make you afraid. (Some that may be unconscious and must be discovered consciously in the coaching process.) You are willing to consider new paradigms that could free you to move forward.

You are highly accomplished in some life areas but are aware of more profound dissatisfaction with your life in general that you know you want to address.

These processes are enjoyable and valuable to you: self-reflection, gaining a new perspective, personal growth, and commitment to never-ending learning throughout your lifespan.

You understand and are open to learning from diverse sources: history, literature, poetry, music, nature, theology, philosophy – any quarter from which you may find yourself surprised by revealing insight.

If you answer yes to these statements, we are a good fit.

Let’s explore your future choices together and answer those questions that keep rumbling in your soul.

It’s better to be a “force of nature.”
